BOOTCAMP


Bootcamp is a unique outdoor fitness class that will:

  • Increase your energy level
  • Tone your muscles
  • Help you to gain strength
  • Improve your flexibility and posture
  • Speed up your metabolism and burn more fat

 

Classes will include exercises designed to boost self-esteem, firm your butt & thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce fat, and increase stamina.

Classes are equipped for every fitness level.

You will be pushed to do your best but never to do anything

outside of your fitness level.

 

You will do a variety of different exercises

that will include but are not limited to: core strengthening, strength training, dynamic flexibility, circuit training, obstacle courses, sport conditioning drills, Pilates, and more.

 

Classes will be held outside on

Wednesday(6am-7am) and Saturday(7:30-8:30)

 and will last up to one hour.

-Classes are $12 each-

Sign-up is on a weekly basis and class will need to be paid in advance.

- You must bring an exercise mat and a set of dumbbells-
